“ We love this place. You can’t reserve a table so we head in early to beat the crowds. There are pictures of Mexican wrestlers all over the walls and it plays 90s grunge most of the time. The cocktails are great and their take on tacos is delicious. All the staff are ace. It’s usually real busy which is a good sign! ”
“ I had such a wonderful experience on a busy Saturday Night. I have Coeliac Disease and made the staff aware of this. The guy I spoke to was so so helpful, made sure that the information he was giving me was correct by checking with the chefs, and just overall a lovely person. When ordering my drink I noticed a beer that is gluten free when sold in cans (but as coeliacs will know, if things are mass-marketed it can be made in different factories, making them unsafe). The MoS even went to the trouble of checking the actual keg to see if it was suitable for me. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. But I thoroughly enjoyed a spicy margarita with nachos, whilst my partner had a beer and chicken tacos, and even ordered the pork tacos as a chaser because he enjoyed them so much. Thank you La Pantera for such a friendly and inclusive experience!! ”
